As an Associate at SteelRose Legal, Jay works closely with the firm’s partners and clients across a wide range of corporate and private client matters. She brings a global outlook shaped by her experience at leading law firms in Lebanon and her internship with White & Case in Qatar.

Jay completed her LLB at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik and went on to obtain her LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London. A member of the Beirut Bar Association, she combines her civil and common law training to provide well-rounded, practical advice that aligns with clients’ commercial objectives.

Motivated by a commitment to excellence and continuous learning, Jay is passionate about supporting clients in navigating complex cross-border legal and business challenges with clarity and confidence.
