Before joining SteelRose, she served as Legal Manager at Getir UK, leading major deals including Getir’s $1.2 billion acquisition of Gorillas, which expanded the company’s operations across key European markets and its $768 million Series E funding round, which valued the company at approximately $12 billion.
She advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and high-value technology and commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions. Her background at DLA Piper and in-house experience in the tech sector enable her to combine legal precision with commercial insight, aligning her approach with SteelRose’s global and client-centred ethos.
